of GIS Technology
The 2009 Legislature created the Minnesota Geospatial Information
Office (MnGeo) to guide, coordinate and support the implementation of

numerous state laws, the legislature called for a review of all relevant
statutes and recommendations for changes in statute where appropriate. This
report fulfills that requirement.
