About Us

The Office of Grants Management (OGM) was established by the Legislature in 2007 and is a response to a January 2007 program evaluation by the Office of the Legislative Auditor regarding state grant-making. The office began operations in September 2007.

The office works in partnership with more than 30 state agencies and organizations.

The Office of Grants Management also works with several key external partners, such as the Minnesota Council of Nonprofits, the League of Minnesota Cities, the Association of Minnesota Counties, the Minnesota Council on Foundations and the Charities Review Council.
