The chart below lists rates for parking and MetroPass services available through Plant Management Division (PMD) for agencies and employees in Capitol Complex buildings under the custodial control of PMD.

These rates also apply to employees in offices at the St. Paul Armory.

Rates are per month unless otherwise noted.

Note: Motorcycle ramp rate is only for ramps with designated motorcycle areas. For ramps without designated areas—or if you select parking in a regular, full-size stall—the regular ramp rate is assessed.
