You can request maintenance in PMD facilities by contacting either your division's facility manager or by calling PMD's Service Line at 651.201.2300.

Examples of maintenance include:

• Lights out
• Temperature concerns
• Elevator malfunctions
• Restroom supplies and cleanliness
• Restroom fixture problems
• Coffee and water spills
• Lock and door malfunctions
