About Us
Central Mail provides mailing services to Minnesota state agencies. We are part of the Department of Administration.
Our state-of-the-art equipment and expertise help you meet your budget and delivery targets, while reducing costs, because we use only the most cost-effective solutions. We process pre-sorted, first class, and standard mail by zip sorting and automation. We also meter all classes of mail and partner with the USPS for delivery.
Central Mail was founded in 1936. We are housed in the Transportation Building and currently provide these services:
- Mail Processing
- Folding
- Inserting
- Ink Jet Addressing; and
- Barcoding/Automation.
Last year we processed over 19 million pieces of mail.
