The Department of Administration's Small Agency Resource Teams (SmART)
offer expert human resource and financial management business support services
to their clients in state government. With SmART, customers can further focus
their energies and resources
on core business responsibilities, while SmART professionals focus their talent,
knowledge and abilities on the client's human resource and financial management needs.
